J. V. Team Dinner Review

6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Ball
players arrived around 6:00. The boys played ping-pong,
X box, Cribbage or scooted around the garage while the
food was being cooked on the grill by Jeff Clouatre, under
the tent, in the rain. (Great job Jeff!!) Around 7:00,
we had a buffet-style dinner, with cheese burgers and
hotdogs, mac and cheese, Caesar salad, a fruit platter,
a veggie platter,chips, soda, water, and Gatorade. For
dessert, there was an assortment of sweets provided by
parents. We had choc chip cookies, whoopee pies, sugar
cookies, with kisses on top, peanut butter squares, and
a large bowl of M&M,s. It was a fun night for all.
Every player attended and Coach T and his wife Randy were
also there along with the Foyes, Clouatre's and Shirley
Lebel. The evening was made complete with a brief concert
by David and Coach Tim on the guitars and singing for
us all. We hope next time the weather willcooperate and
we can have an evening packed with an exciting game of
wiffle ball!!
