The Super Bowl Is Over So Baseball Begins
The Westbrook Community Center is open to start your baseball training. Open gym for throwing on Mondays, 8-9pm and Friday, 5-6pm. Contact Coach Souza at 899-9486 if you will be attending. Don't attend the throwing session without contacting Coach Souza first. The hitting cages are available on Tuesday and Thursday, 8-9pm, Drop-ins are welcome.
 

Notice To Pitchers
All pitchers are to bring a resistance band, jump rope and running shoes to practice when it starts. Prepare now by getting your equipment. Contact coachsouza@westbrookbaseball.com for more information about these items.
